Refund and Returns Policy
At Luminary Art, we take pride in offering authentic, carefully curated artworks of the highest quality. Each piece is unique, and we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- The artwork is significantly different from its description on our website.
Important: Due to the unique and often delicate nature of original artworks, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or buyer’s remorse. Please review all product details carefully before making your purchase.
2. Return Process
If you are eligible for a return:
- Contact us at [Insert Email] within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Provide proof of purchase and photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the artwork.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, using the original method of payment.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or commissioned artworks.
- Gift cards or digital products.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged due to misuse, or returned beyond the stated return period.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different piece, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to other reasons (within eligibility), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
